The East Orange Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher program (formerly Section 8) waiting list will be opened on November 10, 2014 between the hours of 10am and 2pm on that day only. 

 

Due to the limited availability of funding, only the first 200 applicants will be accepted. 

As a reasonable accommodation, applicants with disabilities will be allowed to apply in person at 160 Halsted Street, East Orange or by telephone (973 678-0250).

 

All other applications will be accepted on the East Orange Housing Authority website at EOHA.ORG only. All applicants determined eligible will be placed on the waiting list by preference claimed on the application, date and time.

 

Be prepared to provide the following information for you and your family member(s):
Name, address, social security number, age, gender and gross household income.

 

Note: Only those applicants accepted will be notified of their position on the HCV waiting list.
